Cost

Total cost to attend the conference is approximately $400 and depends largely upon
spending money for souvenirs and snacks. The members of FPC Tyler have generously
given $76 per participant towards the conference fee of $366, which includes lodging,
meals, a t-shirt and programming. This allows us to lower the registration fee cost to
families to $290 per student.

Limited scholarships for the conference fee are available, talk to Neil before
you apply for scholarship at Mo-Ranch or Presbytery.

Refund Policy

We follow the Mo-Ranch refund and cancellation policy for Jr. High Jubilee. Please
read the policy below:

Full refund less $25 administrative fee per person will be made if cancellation is received
more than 60 days prior to the conference. There are generally no refunds for cancellations
received on or after 60 days prior to the start of the event nor any applying of the deposit
toward other charges or future deposits.

If you need to cancel and wish to receive a refund, less $25, you need to notify the office
no later than Monday, Apr. 30 at noon. There will be no refunds past that date.

Upon opening the packets, you'll see a covenant and a release form in the list of documents. Adults have an
additional form to complete. Click on the document title to open the form. You'll need to do this for each form.

    positive experience for your student.

    to hold your spot. Final balance due Jun. 27.
