Kidquake
weekend retreat for grades 1-5
Kidquake is in its 14th year and is sponsored by the Grace@Gilmont (a ministry of Grace Presbytery and Camp Gilmont)
to give children another opportunity to be at camp other than summer. These events are a combination of summer camp
and Youthquake (a weekend retreat for middle school students). Past and future summer camp counselors provide
programming along with Austin College Activators and other Presbytery leaders.
We cannot send children without adult sponsors. We need 1 female sponsor for every 6 girls and 1 male sponsor
for every 6 boys. Churches must send sponsors with children and children must come with a church. However, the sponsors
will not be responsible for programming at the event, but concentrate on participation and supervising their group.
At present, we have one adult female sponsor for Mar. 23-25. We need another adult female sponsor and and adult male sponsor.
Our first choice for Kidquake is Mar. 23-25 and Apr. 20-22, 2012 is the second choice. Children must be available
to participate on either weekend. We'll notify you when the date is confirmed. If you are interested, as a sponsor or for your

Instructions
- complete one form per child or adult sponsor
- all fields marked with an asterisk (*) must be completed
- Children's activity preference fields. Please rank the activities 1-8
in order of preference for each child. For example, at box
Activity choice #1*, click on your first choice activity. Repeat
with each activity choice box beginning with your first choice.
- If you choose the same activity several times, the Kidquake registrar
at Gilmont will rank your activities for you.
- complete the simple math question (answer is 4) before submitting form
- remit full payment of $115 or a $15 deposit by Feb. 6. Note, if you
cancel, Gilmont will hold a $15 administration fee.
- when we receive our group confirmation, you'll receive further paperwork
