Preregistration

We're so excited that you feel called to be a part of the summer mission team! The next step is online preregistration,
which you'll find below. To complete the preregistration, you'll need to make a deposit of $75 (FPC Tyler members and
non-members deposit) by Jan. 1, 2012.

Space is limited and registration is first-come, first-served. Don't miss out because you didn't register early.
Remember, the group departs on Jun. 16 and returns on Jun. 24.

For FPC Tyler students and adult sponsors

Submit one registration per person.
All fields (boxes) must be complete.

Remember to answer the math question at the end!
