Stephen Leaders are the pastors, church staff, and lay leaders who have attended a Stephen Series Leader's Training Course. They plan, administer and direct our congregation's Stephen Ministry.

Stephen Ministers are lay caregivers, trained and supervised by Stephen Leaders, to provide confidential one-to-one Christian care to hurting people. A Stephen Minister meets weekly with his or her care receiver for about an hour to listen, encourage, pray, and provide emotional and spiritual support.  In this relationship, the Stephen Minister is the Caregiver -- God is the Cure-giver.
